10-hour shifts, Tuesday - Friday (3-day weekends!) 8:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

Full-time, hourly position with competitive wages and benefits Are you a hands-on problem solver with a strong electrical background and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a leading team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll DoAs a key member of the maintenance team, you'll:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems across the facility

Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

Install, wire, and test new equipment

Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics

Support plant operations by ensuring all systems are safe and fully operational

Follow all safety standards including Lockout/Tagout and confined space procedures

Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to get the job done right What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and the National Electrical Code

Skilled in using trade tools and reading blueprints/schematics

Mechanically inclined with solid problem-solving ability

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet all day

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Associate degree in Industrial Electrical or enrollment in an accredited program (required); certification is a plus

Fork truck operation experience required

Commitment to confidentiality and workplace safety

Proficient in English for effective communication Bonus If You Have:

Familiarity with confined space and Lockout/Tagout procedures
