The Wholesale CS Operations Coordinator supports the daily functions of the operations team by coordinating workflows, maintaining organized processes, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
Primarily accountable for Ecomm, Boutique, Drop Ship and Retail Store Customers
Responsible for maintaining accurate information within the Good American ERP
Studies vendor guidelines and conducts vendor set up for new customers and communicates department specific details and guidelines to the appropriate department
Helps to resolve customer issues including shipping discrepancies, price discrepancies, late arrival of product; ensure all sales interactions are conducted in a respectful and socially conscious manner.
Charging and maintaining accurate payment information for specialty accounts
Provide sales rep with RA # and instructions
Coordinate retail transfers and shipments to our 5 locations
Handles day-to-day operations related to drop ship orders and coordinates with customers to ensure quick and efficient issue resolution
Oversees processing and fulfillment of eCommerce orders and ensures quik shipping and issue resolution
Order entry, allocation and fulfillment
Shipment Approvals
Uphold Good American ethical standards by ensuring accuracy of vendor accounts, records and purchase orders and reconciling when needed.
Proactive communication with 3rd party providers including, but not limited to: Warehouses, Small Package Carriers and LTL Carriers
Key Competencies:
Proactive problem solving and assessment
Professional communication skills - Written and verbal
Strong priority and organization skills
Self-starter in working as an individual as well as a team player
Handle each account or situation with white glove service
Qualifications:
1-2 years of operations corrdination or account management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and intermediate to advanced Excel Skills (VLookups/Pivot Tables/Formulas)
Innovative and comfortable in fast paced environment
Net Suite knowledge a plus
Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
