We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in the Madison area with pay starting at 115K. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and inspecting various structures to ensure they are safe and compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering principles and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and analyzing structural components of buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure projects

Performing structural assessments and inspections

Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations

Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other team members

Preparing technical reports and drawings

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
