As a Freelance Linguist specialising in Afrikaans, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality linguistic services. Your responsibilities will include:

Translating and localising content from various languages to Afrikaans.

Editing and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaborating with clients to understand their specific linguistic needs.

Conducting linguistic research and analysis as required.

Maintain consistent use of medical/pharma terminology

You will work independently and may collaborate with a team of other linguists and translators.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.

Fluency in Afrikaans and at least one other language.

Experience in translation and localisation.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication skills.
