Comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer care

Multiple locations in Stuart, Port St. Lucie, and Palm Beach Gardens, FL

This role is ideal for a PA-C with solid general dermatology experience who is confident managing their own patient panel and values a balanced schedule. The position is primarily general dermatology (no surgery required).

You will see your own patient panel with built-in physician collaboration

Patient volumes are around 32 per day Clinical Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive skin exams

Evaluate and manage dermatologic conditions and lesions

Diagnose and treat skin cancers and common medical dermatology concerns

Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive team environmentTeam & Collaboration

2 collaborating physicians

3 PA-Cs currently on staff

Supported by a team of ~10 MAsSchedule & Work-Life Balance

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No nights, weekends, rounding, or call

Guaranteed base salary: $120,000–$130,000 (based on 2 years of experience)

Additional compensation: Percentage of collections

Estimated total compensation: $160,000+

Top PA-Cs in the practice earn $150,000–$170,000

PTO: 3 weeks

CME: $1,500 allowance

Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or NP in the state of FL

Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience required

Strong clinical skills with confidence managing an independent patient panelIdeal Candidate Traits
