Job Requirements:

The Draft Checker candidate shall have a minimum of 5 years experience as a design engineer, preparing drawings to ASME Y14.100.

Should be Familiar with all the ASME, AMS, MIL standards.

Shall understand and have experience in the application of GD&T (ASME Y14.5M-2009), preferably GDTP (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Professional) Technologist level or broadly equivalent combination of training and experience.

Shall have experience with the “Worst Case” stack up tolerance analysis including the impact of GD&T.

Shall be familiar with common manufacturing/machining processes, Value Engineering, Design To Cost (DTC) and the DFMA principles.

Should be familiar with Casting, Machining and Sheet Metal Manufacturing Process.

Should have Aerospace domain knowledge
