Customer Service & Administrative Assistant

-Nonprofit Organization Full-Time On-Site in Thousand Oaks

-Location: Thousand Oaks, CA -Pay: $22-25/hr DOE

-Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm with rotating weekends Saturday & Sunday

-The role: We are seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support our nonprofit's daily operations and community programs. This role includes front-desk support, assisting clients with forms and information, data entry, scheduling, and general office duties. Ideal for someone organized, compassionate, and comfortable working with diverse populations. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients in English and Spanish • Answer phones, emails, and handle front-desk inquiries • Support staff with admin tasks, scheduling, and event coordination • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry Requirements: • Customer service or admin experience • Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
