Tableau Developer:

On behalf of our Real Estate client, Procom is searching for a Tableau Developer for an intermediate role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client's Westlake, Texas office.

Tableau Developer - Job Description:

This role will help accelerate delivery of key strategic initiatives and support the CRE Strategy Reporting and Retail Portfolio teams. The initiatives focus on creating transparency into performance metrics and milestones across various CRE operations, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and visualization.

Tableau Developer - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CRE Strategy Reporting team to deliver strategic initiatives

• Create transparency into performance metrics and milestones across CRE operations

• Clean, blend, and automate complex datasets using SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL techniques

• Build engaging and informative dashboard views in Tableau

• Manage day-to-day business intelligence functions for CRE Strategy and internal clients

• Gather business requirements for new projects, reporting milestones, and delivering work

Tableau Developer - Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Tableau and Excel

• Proficiency in SQL or PL/SQL

• Experience with ETL techniques using tools like Tableau, MS Power Query, or Alteryx

• Ability to clean and blend large, unique datasets

• Technical developer skills combined with applied analytics skills

• Experience designing dashboards in Tableau

Tableau Developer - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Real Estate/Facilities applications such as Archibus, CoStar, and Corrigo

• Experience presenting work to leadership-level audiences

• Polished verbal and written communication skills

Tableau Developer - Assignment Length:

This is a permanent position.
