TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with supplier quality team to include the CRGF suppliers into the system.
Demonstrates technical expertise to increase efficiency and flexibility of department.
Prepare and issue reports related to supply activities and supplier delivery performance.
Develop and manage all processes and activities within CRGF project materials management area, assuring execution on time, quality, safety, and cost.
Responsible to ensure the purchase requisitions required to keep the project on time.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Assists in the integration of systems implementation such as SAP, APO, among others.
Partners with Supplier Quality, Procurement, and Project Manager for construction.
WHO YOU ARE
BA/BS required in (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration) with experience in Life Sciences industry.
Languages: Spanish (Native) and English Proficiency, domain 100%. (Mandatory)
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the life sciences industry in Product Supply discipline.
Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence other members of the organization to help achieve goals and increase performance.
Ability to work on projects of medium-high complexity with direction.
Able to take unpopular decisions and make decisions without precedent.
Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
Proficient in in the MM module of SAP and a general understanding of MRP.
Direct management of the employees.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent presentation techniques.
Trend analysis appropriate report generation.
Experience with the manufacturing of medical devices.
