Sr.DevOps Engineer

The Senior DevOps Engineer plays a critical role in shaping and delivering best-in-class DevOps solutions that accelerate software delivery and enhance system reliability. You will partner closely with Agile development teams to build and maintain CI/CD platforms, automate processes, and ensure secure, scalable infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a key liaison between Agile teams and infrastructure operations, providing input at team meetings

Lead technical delivery of DevOps infrastructure and operations in collaboration with Agile teams

Build, integrate, and maintain tools, applications, and infrastructure that support development and testing

Manage and improve CI/CD processes, environments, and tools

Increase automation footprint by reviewing and automating existing practices

Troubleshoot issues across all environments in the delivery lifecycle

Coach teams on DevOps tools and patterns, sharing knowledge and best practices

Define and implement technical improvements to support the software delivery lifecycle

Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and performance standards in system design

Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies

What We Look For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

8+ years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software development

Proven expertise in CI/CD processes, automation, and Infrastructure as Code

Strong proficiency in containerization technologies and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl, Java)

Advanced knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud services

Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical improvements

Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid options available)
