Role: Workover Consultant

Position Description:
Provides oversight on E&P wells for frac, drill outs, Workover, Coil-Tubing, and fishing operations.
Overall safety and environmental aspects of the operations to ensure local regulations are strictly complied with.
Develops a plan for the successful and efficient implementation of the Completions/Production program to optimize operations.
Reacts to and controlling any situation regarding the completion’s site.
Tracks and controls costs.
Maintains records and reports of operations.
Maintains good communication between office and site.
Coordinates and critiques service company activities.
Provides office based operational support as required.
Reviews and optimizes completions programs/procedures.
Assists in preparation of completions documentation/manuals.
Participates in emergency preparedness and permitting activities.
Requirements:
One plus years of Completion / Workover supervisory experience.
Current well control certificate.
Drivers License with clean MVR.
Ability to pass a background check.
Position Details:
Location: Local to Ruston, LA
Schedule: 5/2, 12 hour days
