Job Description
Be a Leader in the Future of Men’s Health
At The Mark Men’s Health, we are redefining how men age with personalized Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and weight loss solutions. This is more than a clinical role. It is an opportunity to challenge outdated beliefs, reshape the conversation around TRT, and empower men to take control of their health with confidence.
We are looking for a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner to step into a leadership role that blends clinical expertise with strategic growth. The right candidate is committed to excellence, thrives in collaboration, and is passionate about advancing men’s health through evidence-based care and education.
This is your opportunity to change lives, build a high-performing team, set new standards in men’s health, and help establish a leading brand.
Your Role:
As Clinic Director, you will be at the forefront of our mission, combining clinical excellence with business leadership to drive growth, patient outcomes, and team success.
You will:
Provide expert care in TRT, weight management, erectile dysfunction, and anti-aging therapies.
Ensure clinical excellence with personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that prioritize safety, compliance, and results.
Lead and mentor a team of providers, creating a collaborative, patient-first culture.
Drive growth by expanding patient outreach, optimizing clinic operations, and building The Mark Men’s Health into a recognized leader in TRT.
Educate and advocate for TRT and men’s health, helping to break down stigma and increase awareness.
Stay ahead of innovation by keeping up with cutting-edge research in hormone optimization and men’s health.
What You Bring:
Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner in California and in good standing.
DEA License and ready to practice at the highest level.
Passion for men’s health and longevity medicine, backed by a commitment to education, advocacy, and evidence-based care.
Proven leadership ability with a desire to mentor providers and build a high-performing clinic.
Strong clinical judgment paired with strategic thinking to improve systems, scale operations, and drive long-term growth.
A growth mindset anchored in accountability. You’re comfortable owning mistakes, learning fast, and turning challenges into better processes and better care. You lead by living our core values—growth, collaboration, integrity, and innovation—and set the tone for the team that follows you.
Preferred but not required: Experience in men’s health, endocrinology, urology, or family medicine. Prior leadership or business experience is a plus.
What We Offer: A Career with Impact
Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
401(k) retirement savings plan.
PTO and CME reimbursement for work-life balance and continued growth.
Two Wellness Days per year to support your own health, clarity, and recovery.
A high-growth industry with long-term career opportunities.
A collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation and excellence.
An outpatient setting with engaged, motivated patients—no hospital stress.
A cash-only practice with no insurance paperwork or billing.
The opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company with clear pathways for advancement into leadership and other roles within the organization.
This is a rare opportunity to move beyond traditional clinical practice and step into a leadership role that is shaping the future of men’s health.
If you are driven, passionate, and ready to lead, we want to hear from you.
