Salary: $58,000-$65,000/year
Reports to:Director of Empowerment Services
Job Summary:The Senior Workforce Manageris responsible fordesigning, implementing, and overseeing workforce development programs and initiatives aimed at empoweringindividuals to enter or re-enter the workforce successfully.This role combinesprogram management, recruitment, and community engagement tofacilitatethe economic self-sufficiency of program participants.
Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement workforce development programs thatalignwith theorganizations mission and goals
Assistin creation of curriculum and training materials tailored to the needs of program participants
Stays informed about labor market trends, industry needs, and workforce developmentbest practices
Develop outreach and recruitment strategies to drive enrollment objectives
Identifyeligible participants for workforce programs
Evaluate programeffectivenessand make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Maintainaccuraterecords of participant information, progress, and outcomes
Prepare regular reportson program effectiveness and participant achievements
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
Collaborate with local employers, educational institutions, and community organizations to createjob opportunities and training partnerships
Facilitate workshops and training opportunities for program participants to interact with employers
Connect participants to supportive services and resources within the community
Other duties asassigned.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
This position is primarily based in a standard office environment and requires the ability to effectivelyoperatea telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional local travel may berequired.The role also requires the ability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 15pounds, as needed in the course of regular job duties.

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or a related field (Mastersdegree preferred)
Experience in workforce development, career counseling, or related fields
Four years experience in program implementation with responsibility for reporting and feedback
Ohio Drivers License and reliable transportation and ability to meet Agencystransportationinsurance requirements
