CNC Programmer

Join a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, specializing in precision aero-engine and gas turbine components. We are seeking an experienced CNC EDM Programmer with strong expertise in Wire and/or Sinker EDM operations to support the production of complex, high-tolerance parts.

What We're Looking For:

5–10 years of CNC EDM programming experience (Wire, Sinker, or both)

Proven background in precision machining for aerospace or turbine components

Proficiency with CAM software and multi-axis CNC programming

Hands-on experience with machine setup, tooling, and process optimization

Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining and inspection standards

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills

Your Role:

Develop and optimize EDM programs for high-precision aerospace/turbine components

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes

Set up, test, and validate programs on advanced CNC EDM systems

Troubleshoot and implement on-the-floor modifications as needed

Provide technical guidance and training to operators and junior programmers

Participate in required training programs (valid passport required for travel)
