Connect Staffing is looking to hire seasonal warehouse associates for a leading retail distributor in Conroe, TX!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Seasonal)

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months of recent work is required

Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.

Must be able to use RF scanner.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Prior experience in roles such as a warehouse associate or general labor associate is a big plus!

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

Perform jobs in various areas in the warehouse, such as the shipping department, unloading of containers, or any other positions in the warehouse.

Check the quantity and quality of items received, verifying them against purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Accurately select items and be able to verify items as selected.

Organize and store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse, update inventory systems, and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.

Pick items from shelves or bins according to order specifications.

Pack items to prevent damage during transit and ensure that orders are accurately processed for shipment.

Label packages, arrange shipments with logistics providers, and load goods onto trucks in a timely manner.
