About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Data Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise data architecture to support business objectives, ensure data integrity, and drive innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data strategies that align with business goals and enable effective data governance, analytics, and integration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable enterprise data architecture and data management frameworks.

Develop data models, data integration processes, and data governance standards.

Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions.

Lead initiatives for data modernization, including cloud migration and advanced analytics enablement.

Optimize data systems performance and maintain best practices for metadata management.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies for data architecture improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or database design.

Strong experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake).

Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.

Proven experience in implementing data governance and master data management frameworks.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).

Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

Experience leading enterprise-level data transformation projects.
