This is a 100% remote position – work from home anywhere in South Florida.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers looking for internet service

Help customers compare high-speed internet plans

Explain pricing, promotions, and availability

Assist customers with sign-ups and scheduling installations

Provide friendly, professional customer service

Accurately enter customer information into our system

Requirements

Must live in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Strong communication and phone skills

Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)

Comfortable working independently from home

Basic computer skills
