Rodgers Health Center (FQHC) The Patient Care Representative & Mobile Unit Driver (PCR/MUD) plays a dual role supporting both patient-facing operations and the safe and efficient transport of the Behavioral Health Mobile Unit.

This position provides clerical, receptionist, and care coordination support while ensuring timely transportation of the mobile unit to partner schools and community locations.
