St. Ann Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Flexible Scheduling & 4-for-5 Pay Program: Work 32 hours, get paid for 40.
Competitive Pay:
LPN: Value rate $35 – $41.75/hr. - based on getting paid for 5 days and working 4 days
Per Diem: + $4.00/hr. extra
Shift Differentials:
Weekdays: 2nd Shift + $2/hr. 3rd Shift + $2/hr.
Weekends: 1st Shift + $2/hr. 2nd Shift + $3/hr. 3rd Shift + $3.50/hr.
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 for eligible RNs & LPNs

Your Role
As an RN or LPN at St. Ann, you will:
Deliver exceptional nursing care in a low resident-to-staff ratio environment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
Administer medications, monitor conditions, and implement individualized care plans
Mentor and support LNAs and LMNAs to foster a positive, compassionate workplace

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Must possess and maintain a current RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
Minimum of 3 yrs of nursing experience required
Long-term care experience preferred
