Litigation Associate

2-7 Years Multiple Openings Salary Range: $220K – $300K

We are assisting a respected client in its search for a Litigation Associate with 2–7 years of experience to join its Houston office. This role offers the opportunity to work across the litigation group on a variety of business disputes in a dynamic, partner-driven environment.

Role Highlights:

– Handle complex commercial and contract disputes for a diverse client base

– Draft and argue motions on significant legal issues

– Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, pleadings, and trial materials

– Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on strategy and case development

– Work directly with clients and contribute to high-stakes litigation matters

Candidate Profile:

– 2–7 years of business litigation experience in a law firm setting

– Excellent verbal, written, and research skills

– Strong academic and professional credentials

– Self-motivated, personable team player with a collaborative mindset

– Admission to the Texas Bar required

Compensation & Structure:

– Salary range: $220K – $305K
