Pay and Benefits

Starting pay $15/hr with incentives of $0.50 - $5/hr based on daily productivity

Monthly incentive between $100 - $200 for top 3 pickers

No prior warehouse experience is required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.

Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.

Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Primary Responsibilities:

Pick items from shelves or bins and pack them for shipment.

Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals.

Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Arrange products in the warehouse to maximize space and accessibility, making it easier to locate items. Schedule:

6:00am - Finish
