Our banking client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the software engineering department supporting innovative projects . The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Tech stack must include: Java and React - Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Batch along withOpenshift / OCP Cloud are a huge plus

Location: Columbus, OH - hybrid

Pay Range: Competitive and must be on Experis W2

What's the Job?

Software Engineer: Java/React - Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs using Agile development practices.- Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with their technology domain including, upgrades and deployments.- Utilizes advanced technologies and methods to integrate their technology domain with other technology domains, enabling the creation of new or expanded heterogeneous environments.- Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures.- Directs the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets.- As an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems.- Leads projects and manages the work of less experienced staff.- Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.- Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.

Requirements:- Java, React- Rest API's- OCP Cloud a plus- C# .net is a plus- Experience in Identity and Access Management is a plus
