Technical Recruiter Intern (Talent Acquisition & AI) - Remote 5-10 hrs/week
Join the experience-first teams at TalentXM (BlockTXM) and TravelXM! We're looking for a self-motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to support talent sourcing, candidate outreach, and recruitment operations across two exciting ventures:
TalentXM (BlockTXM) - our B2B platform that helps organizations hire better through immersive experience storytelling.
TravelXM - our Costa Rica-based travel company that designs unforgettable cultural, wellness, and nature-driven journeys. What You'll Work On
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage potential candidates for roles in both tech and travel sectors using LinkedIn, job boards, and community forums. Craft personalized outreach messages to spark interest (and even leverage AI tools to enhance your communication).
Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones, send calendar invites, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. You'll manage our talent pipeline in Zoho CRM, keeping candidate records organized and up-to-date.
Job Descriptions & Employer Branding: Draft compelling job descriptions and LinkedIn posts that reflect our culture and the immersive storytelling approach of TalentXM. Support employer branding by sharing the excitement of our workplace and travel experiences through recruiting channels.
Automation & AI in Hiring: Explore recruitment automation using tools like Zoho Flow to streamline workflows (e.g. automatic interview reminders or data entry). Experiment with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Google Gemini) to help write outreach content, generate interview questions, or brainstorm new ways to attract talent.
Metrics Tracking: Track and report key recruiting metrics - such as outreach response rates, number of candidates in each stage, and time-to-fill positions. Use these insights to suggest improvements to our recruiting strategy and celebrate wins (like that hard-to-fill role you helped close!).
Full-Cycle Exposure: Get hands-on experience in all stages of recruiting - from crafting the initial job posting and sourcing candidates, through screening and interviewing, all the way to onboarding coordination. You won't just be ticking boxes; you'll learn how to build teams from the ground up in a dynamic startup environment. Time & Commitment

Zoho CRM / Zoho Recruit - to manage contacts, track candidates, and run email campaigns for outreach.
Zoho Flow - to automate recruiting workflows (e.g., updating spreadsheets or sending template emails when a candidate moves stages).
LinkedIn & Job Boards - to source talent and post opportunities, building a community of followers interested in our mission.
AI Assistants - e.g. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Google Gemini for drafting messages, creating job descriptions, and finding clever ways to connect with candidates.
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) - for collaboration, maintaining candidate trackers, and scheduling interviews and meetings. What You'll Gain
