General Laborer / Machine Operator

Job Description

MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF GENERAL LABOR EXPERIENCE.

Connect Staffing Inc.is looking for General Laborer to work for an amazing company that manufactures cylinders that are turned into oxygen tanks, scuba diving tanks, and much more in the city of Garden Grove, CA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM with overtime as needed.

Requirements of the General Laborer / Machine Operator:

Must have recent experience in a physically demanding job

Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift

Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical

Must have steel-toe boots

Prior experience in roles such as Production Technician, Press Operator, Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, Lumper, Loader/Unloader, or similar is a big plus!

Responsibilities of the General Laborer / Machine Operator:

Operate various machines such as sanding, painting, hydro-testing, and more

Work with various sizes of cylinders weighing from 15 - 90 lbs (team lifted).

Inspecting cylinder shells coming out of the machine(s)

Matching paperwork to orders

Moving product onto pallets

Inspecting finished product
