JOB RESPONSIBILITY:-

The CRM Executive will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective CRM strategies.
Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics.
Preferred female candidate 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written communication skills.
Experience with CRM software.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and other relevant software.
Ability to manage customer communication, including sending emails and organizing data in Google Sheets.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
