Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support & Automation VA with strong problem-solving skills and a systems mindset. This role goes beyond ticket resolution, you will help transform our support function into an AI-powered, scalable operation.
You will handle day-to-day technical support while identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve response times, and reduce manual effort.
Key Responsibilities
Handle approximately 10 support tickets per day
Work daily within HubSpot (ticketing, CRM, and documentation)
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions
Document recurring issues, fixes, and best practices
Identify opportunities to automate support responses and workflows
Build and manage email automations for common support cases
Recommend tools or systems to reduce manual support workload
Collaborate with the sales team when technical support overlaps with sales needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in technical or software support
Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Analytical mindset: solve document automate
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/support platforms
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
Nice to Have
Background in a software or technology company
Experience using AI tools for support (chatbots, auto-responses, workflows)
Understanding of customer success and sales–support collaboration
