OFSAA Mantas Developer – Job Requirements (Minimum)

Full-time employment (FTE) opportunity

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Hybrid work model requiring onsite presence three days per week

Only visa-independent candidates will be considered

Technical Requirements:

Demonstrated experience working with Oracle OFSAA products, specifically Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM), is mandatory

Minimum of five (5) years of in-depth experience working with AML Transaction Monitoring systems using Oracle Mantas, including scenario customization and development

Excellent understanding of Mantas risk calculations, behavior detection scenario logic, and alert post-processing logic

Very good understanding of the underlying Oracle Mantas data model and database schema

Good knowledge of AML behavior detection typologies is required

Proven experience working with Oracle databases, including strong PL/SQL development skills
