Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries

Make outbound calls for follow-ups or customer outreach

Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently

Maintain clear records of customer interactions

Follow scripts and company procedures where required

Requirements:

Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred

Clear and confident English communication skills (spoken and written)

Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus
