ALM Platform Engineer - Remote

Duration: 12 months

Seeking for a professional to create innovative Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions for healthcare applications. Work with senior architects and developers in an agile environment to develop secure and efficient ALM solutions.

Typical Duties/Abilities:

Translate business requirements into ALM strategies and solutions

Collaborate with teams to design and improve solutions

Support business, architecture, development, and testing teams

Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery

Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards

Qualifications:

5 years' experience with Serena Business Manager (SBM) ALM solutions

3 years' experience in an ALM admin/engineer role

Ability to establish and champion SBM standards and best practices

Soft Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Design Thinking certifications from recognized institutions

Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and stakeholders

Ability to articulate design and configuration choices
