We are seeking an experienced Project Controller to support large-scale IT initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project financials, vendor costs, accruals, and resource planning across internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update project resource and cost plans in ServiceNow.
Develop and manage monthly Present Estimates.
Reconcile project budgets to actuals and manage accruals.
Create and manage vendor purchase orders based on SOWs.
Track vendor contracts, invoices, and capital policy compliance.
Reconcile timecards for internal and external resources.
Approve vendor invoices based on SOW and time reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years experience in project control or IT financial management roles.
Experience managing large, complex IT projects.
Strong cost management and resource capacity planning skills.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred / Nice to Have
PMP certification.
Agile certifications (PSM, PSPO).
ITIL v3 or v4.
Energy or utilities industry experience. #LI-JU1
