Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Packer for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

3rd Shift: 12AM - 8AM

Pay Rate:

$16.42 / hour

Job Summary:

The Packer is responsible for supporting daily production and packaging operations in a cosmetic manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling products, sorting components, labeling, and packaging finished goods while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform assembly line work for cosmetic products

Sort components and finished products according to production requirements

Package cosmetic items accurately and efficiently

Apply labels and verify labeling accuracy

Inspect products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines

Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Work collaboratively with production and packaging teams

Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Previous packaging or assembly experience required, preferably in a cosmetic or manufacturing environment

Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform line work

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Comfortable working as part of a team.
