This opportunity is ideal for gastroenterologists seeking immediate volume, a strong procedural mix, and a clear path to partnership while practicing in one of the most desirable areas of the Houston metro.

Practice Details

Private practice model with consistently high outpatient and procedural demand

Broad GI services, including motility testing, capsule endoscopy, FibroScan, and advanced diagnostics

Endoscopy performed in a high-performing ASC with multiple suites and dedicated block time

Collegial physician team supported by long-tenured APPs managing a significant share of clinic visits

Partnership opportunitiesare available in both the practice and the ASC

Schedule

Weekly structure of clinic and procedure time with a predictable workflow

Ramp-up period with lighter volumes before reaching steady-state productivity

Call approximately one week per month, with very low volume

Optional additional call is available with extra compensation

Reduced clinic and procedure volume during call weeks

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed base salary plus production incentives with earning potential exceeding $800K+

Guaranteed increases each year with extra pay for Advanced GI

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
