The Trainee Executive will undergo structured on-the-job training to understand company processes, policies, and job responsibilities. The role involves assisting senior staff, learning operational tasks, and gradually taking ownership of assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day departmental operations
Learn company policies, SOPs, and work procedures
Support senior executives in assigned tasks and projects
Maintain basic records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Follow timelines, instructions, and quality standards
Demonstrate willingness to learn and improve performance
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream)
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and learning mindset
Ability to work in a team environment
