Your Role
As a Maths teacher, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic department, delivering engaging and accessible lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. Key Responsibilities:
Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4 with enthusiasm and clarity
Differentiate lessons to support learners at various stages of development
Cultivate a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom culture
Set purposeful homework and provide constructive feedback to aid student growth
Develop strategies to prepare students for GCSE success
Contribute to the development of the curriculum and learning resources
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and foster a supportive team environment
Track student progress and work alongside families and pastoral teams to support learning
Participate in wider school life, including extracurricular clubs, school trips, and events
