Essential Functions

Assist patients with frame and lens selection

Interpret and accurately fill optical prescriptions

Take precise measurements

Explain lens options, coatings, and pricing clearly and confidently

Process orders, verify accuracy, and troubleshoot lab or warranty issues

Adjust, repair, and maintain eyewear

Ensure optical displays are organized, clean, and visually appealing

Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage

Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experienceQualifications

Prior optician experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Strong customer service and communication skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Sales confidence with an ethical, patient-first approach

Professional appearance and positive attitude
