Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead a 12-month IFS implementation program for a large-scale Media & Entertainment client (Rogers). The role requires strong onsite leadership, stakeholder management, and program execution expertise to ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end IFS implementation program spanning 12 months
Act as the primary onsite Program Manager, coordinating with client stakeholders and delivery teams
Drive program governance, planning, execution, and reporting
Manage cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and business stakeholders
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, quality, and budget
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and client sponsors
Support change management and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Experience
Total Experience: 15+ years
Relevant Experience: 10+ years in Program Management / BSA roles
Proven experience managing large enterprise implementation programs

Strong stakeholder and onsite delivery management skills
