We are seeking a dedicated, Organized, motivated, personable Customer Service Representative with a strong sales focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer support while actively identifying coverage needs, recommending solutions, and helping drive policy growth.
This role is perfect for a customer-centric professional who enjoys outbound calling, solution-based sales, and building rapport with clients.
The pay is $29 per hour - work hours are from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm ( Monday - Friday) with additional bonus

-Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, policy changes, billing questions, and claims support.
Proactively identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities that benefit clients (auto, home, life, renters, commercial, etc.)
Conduct outbound follow-ups to current and prospective customers.
Assist in preparing quotes, processing policy renewals, and updating account information.
Maintain high service standards to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Support agency marketing efforts, including campaign follow-ups and lead nurturing.
Manage documentation, data accuracy, and compliance within agency systems.
Collaborate with the agent to achieve monthly sales and retention goals.
-Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diplomat or equivalent.
Attention to detail.
Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred (but willing to train the right individual).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Sales-driven mindset with comfort making outbound calls.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Positive, coachable, and team-focused attitude.
