Key Responsibilities
Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair equipment, systems, or vehicles as assigned.
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Identify technical issues and determine appropriate repair methods or parts needed.
Complete service reports, documentation, and customer sign-offs accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
Communicate clearly with clients regarding work performed, costs, and recommendations.
Follow safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
Collaborate with the service team and management to ensure timely job completion.

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
Proven experience as a mobile technician, field service technician, or related role.
Strong mechanical, electrical, or diagnostic skills (specific to your industry).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily.
