Work Dates Needed & Available: 1/5/2026-5/1/2026 Preferred Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 12p-5p (0). No weekends or holidays.

Worksite Setting : Clinic outpatient, no weekends/holidays, Age 2+. RN/CMA support.

Scope of Work : Acute care, primary care, outpatient.

Licenses/Certifications/Requirements : Board Certified FM or IM.

Active KY license.

Dispensing license a plus.

BLS.

DEA.

EMR : EPIC (experience Preferred)

Permanent
