Redstone Commodity Search are working with a global sugar refinery looking to add a Sales manager to cover the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

Responsible for developing contacts and effective relations across the UAE

Direct activities of the division to ensure achievement of respective sales objectives and business plans

Development and implementation of sales strategies and business plans

Manage, monitor and analyse sugar sales activities against set targets

Develop and manage sales budget and oversee development of internal operating budgets

Responsible for achieving targets for revenue, profitability, sugar sales growth and ROI.

Role reports into the Managing Director

Key Qualifications / Experience

7-10 years’ experience managing a team

Experience in physical sugar sales and management

Experience in sugar futures, options and hedging

Knowledge of Charter Parties, Bills of Ladings and shipping documentation

Business analysis experience would be an advantage

Successful track record working with managers and executives at high levels in the organisation

Located in Netherlands or Dubai (happy to relocate)
