Summary TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our advanced technology infrastructure and provide solutions for complex government programs.Description The ISSE will implement and validate security controls supporting the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and ICD 503. They will develop architecture documentation and Systems Security Plans (SSP), coordinate with security organizations to achieve Authority to Operate (ATO), and handle POA&M development and implementation. Required Skills

* Bachelor's Degree with 11+ years of experience in a related field

* Implementation and validation of RMF and ICD 503 security controls

* Development of architecture documentation and SSPs

* POA&M development

* Coordinate security operations to achieve ATO

* Experience with shared networks and multiple security enclaves

* Cyber security engineering and integration

* Over 5 years of experience in Government Agency enterprise infrastructure and engineering programsOptional Skills

* Experience with Nessus / Rapid7

* Experience in Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps)

* Familiarity with security tools like Splunk, WebInspect, Xacta

* Cloud security controls and implementation

* STIG compliance and vulnerability management

* CISSP certification

Base Salary $178,000 - $216,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Benefits Budget $43,200 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
