Location: Meerut Tuition Center Department: Academics / Counseling Designation: Academic Counselor – Associate Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students regarding academic programs, admission processes, and career pathways.

The role includes counseling, lead follow-ups, student support, and helping students make informed decisions about their education.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Student Counseling & Guidance - Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and program suitability.

- Understand student needs and recommend the most appropriate academic programs.

- Provide accurate information about curriculum, fee structure, and learning outcomes.

Lead Management & Conversions - Handle incoming inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms.

- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to ensure maximum conversions.

- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly.

3.

Admissions Support - Guide students through the complete admission process.

- Assist in form filling, documentation, and enrollment completion.

- Coordinate with the academic team for timely onboarding.

4.

Communication & Relationship Building - Build rapport with students and parents to ensure high engagement.

- Address queries, concerns, and provide solutions promptly.

- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while interacting with students.

Required Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualification - Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred). - Additional certifications in counseling or education are a plus.

Experience - 1–2 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or student support.

- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Skills & Competencies - Excellent communication in Hindi & English (additional regional languages preferred). - Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

- Ability to guide and influence students for program selection.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). - Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
