Senior Scrum Master (Enterprise/Scaled Agile)

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master (Enterprise/Scaled Agile) in Gahanna, OH.Summary:In this role, you will lead high-impact Agile delivery for enterprise projects. You'll coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices, foster self-organization, and partner with Product Owners to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Skills

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related; Or Associate's + 2 years of related technical experience; Or HS Diploma/GED + 4 years of related technical experience

Certification: Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org)

8+ years of delivering products/projects, including 5+ years on Agile teams (preferably Scrum)

Additional Required experience: Scrum Master that also values key project management deliverables such as Budget forecasting, project status reports, sponsor meetings, etc.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
