Our client is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to support essential financial operations and serve as a key connection point between departments. About the Role

You'll work closely with both the accounting and sales administration teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. From processing invoices to managing account reconciliations, this role offers broad exposure to accounting functions and cross-department collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing monthly accruals and ensuring accurate financial reporting

Coding and submitting invoices with correct account allocations

Processing payment vouchers and tracking their completion

Reconciling account balances and investigating discrepancies

Acting as the liaison between accounting and sales administration teams to resolve financial queries

Who You Are:

A recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Familiar with basic accounting principles (accruals, reconciliations, etc.)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel-pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are a plus

Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
