The Warehouse Supervisor & Facility Screening Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while ensuring secure and compliant facility access control procedures. This dual role champions operational efficiency, employee safety, and regulatory adherence, creating a streamlined and safeguarded environment for personnel, visitors, and critical inventory.

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Leadership

· Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound logistics

· Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment aligned with company policies and industry standards

· Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in productivity, accuracy, and safety

· Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel, fostering a positive and performance-driven culture

· Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure safe handling of material handling equipment (MHE)

· Oversee documentation accuracy including BOLs, packing lists, and system transactions within the WMS

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and operational goals

· Manage seal control procedures and verify seal integrity during container arrival and release

· Coordinate customs holds, examinations, and release activities as directed by CBP or regulatory authorities

· Maintain secure storage and handling of bonded cargo per CFS regulatory expectations

· Monitor and report cargo discrepancies, damages, or irregularities with prompt corrective response

· Support KPI performance related to dwell time, accuracy, throughput, and regulatory compliance

· Participate in ongoing self-improvement courses assigned by management

Facility Screening & Security Coordination

· Administer and oversee facility access screening procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers

· Ensure compliance with regulatory or customer-driven screening requirements (GDP, TSA, or other security programs as applicable)

· Maintain screening logs, visitor badges, and security records per established control measures

· Conduct routine audits of entry points, screening stations, and related equipment to uphold readiness and accuracy

· Support incident reporting and coordinate corrective actions for security or compliance breaches

· Provide ongoing training to personnel on access control policies and screening protocols

· Comply with additional responsibilities assigned by management which will support the development of the parent company Xperts Group.

Good Distribution Practices (GDP) Responsibilities:

· Support deviations, investigations, and CAPA activities for warehouse-related compliance issues.

· Work with customer service manager to document, as well as resolve customer complaints in the customer complaint log

· Ensure all KPI data is collected and within the set parameters.

· Ensuring compliance with government regulations on labor standards

· Follow up on nonconformance for warehouse operations

· Collaborate with compliance team for best practices

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with frequent walking and standing. You may be requested to perform lifting of objects over 40 pounds. Exposure to warehouse conditions such as noise, temperature fluctuations, and powered equipment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Position will be considered a Full Time Employee working at least 40 hours per week. Based on business needs, occasional extended hours may be required. Requirements:

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

· 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role

· Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, inventory control methods, and regulatory compliance

· Familiarity with screening/security procedures or quality programs in regulated environments preferred

· Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills

· Proficient in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office tools

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

· MS Office proficiency

· Must be able to work in the USA

· Acton all emails regarding a customer’s request in a timely manner

· Able to operate heavy machinery (i.e. forklift)
