AI Developer (Fully Remote)

What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain AI-driven software systems and models
Develop and optimize machine learning and NLP pipelines, including LLM-based workflows
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to define requirements, design systems, and evaluate architecture
Apply best engineering practices: unit testing, version control, CI/CD, and peer review
Run experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve model performance
Work across APIs, microservices, and cloud environments
Contribute ideas, research, and prototypes that push the boundaries of AI adoption
Required Skills
Strong Python development experience (ML, NLP, data pipelines)
Solid understanding of SQL
Ability to read and understand basic C# / .NET code (small adjustments only)
Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
Familiarity with API integrations and microservices concepts
Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, highly agile team
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
5+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, or AI development
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
Experience with ETL processes, end-to-end ML pipelines
Knowledge of big data tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Solr, etc.
