Engineering Manager - Plastic Injection Molding

Lead and manage the engineering, tooling and new product introduction (NPI) teams.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with the leadership team to set long-term goals and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams in the design, development, and optimization of injection molding processes.
Minimum Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at the minimum a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
5 to 10 years' experience leading engineering departments producing plastic injection molded parts.
Proficiency in using metrics to monitor and improve performance. Experience in lean manufacturing, 5-S, and Six Sigma principles is highly beneficial.
Proven track record of identifying, growing, and retaining top project management, tooling & engineering talent.
