Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video with individuals who have requested information

Identify client needs and offer tailored coverage solutions

Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline in our CRM

Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions

Work independently and meet individual performance goals
