Operations Support

Description

The Operations Support position ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supply deliveries, and communication between various departments that the position supports. This position is five (5) days a week during the late morning/afternoons, days off are flexible.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Inventory boat equipment supplies including but not limited to: snorkels, fins, dry goods, cleaning supplies, alcohol orders, non-alcoholic drinks and soda machine refills/supplies

Pull and prepare and deliver daily boat prep orders including but not limited to: filling 35 lb bags of ice, 25 lb ice cream containers, beverage boxes, misc dry goods.

Load prep/catering items into delivery van and drive van to designated boat loading areas.

Receiving and stocking supply deliveries.

Launder sort and fold linens.

Maintain daily cleaning and organization of Ops Support workspace.

Support maintenance projects as needed.

Assist with additional operations related tasks as needed

Performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Current and valid driver's license.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Organizational skills.

Communication skills.

Computer and email skills.
