We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to become a pivotal part of our KPMG Spectrum practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development lifecycle applying Agile and DevOps methods, ensuring code quality through reviews and SCRUM facilitation using tools like JIRA/ADO. Manage source control with Git and CI/CD systems like Jenkins and Docker.

Develop a deep understanding of current codebases across a variety of technologies including cloud-native IaaS/PaaS (Azure, AWS), Web UI frameworks (React, Angular), and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, Python).

Work closely with architects and product managers to assess advanced technologies for new application architecture. Create and maintain technical documentation to enhance development efficiency.

Design innovative and scalable AI solutions, conducting POCs and pilots to address intricate business challenges. Keep abreast of AI trends and industry challenges to ensure relevant and ethical solution design.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to fine-tune AI models, monitor their performance, and translate data insights into effective business strategies.

Qualifications:

At least five years of experience in leading enterprise software development utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.

Proficient in Full Stack development, familiar with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React) and backend technologies (Java, SpringMVC, Python).

Hands-on experience with cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS and DevOps tools, including Jenkins and Ansible. Strong background in managing AI projects from concept to deployment, with expertise in GenAI, machine learning, and NLP frameworks (RAG, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Demonstrated leadership ability in mentoring technical teams, with at least two years in an AI leadership role.

Willingness to travel as required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
